How does it work?
Pick a story, add a photo, answer two quick questions. You see the whole finished book straight away, free. If you like it, you buy the printed hardcover.
Do I really see the whole book before paying?
Yes — every page, not a sample. Nobody should be buying a surprise.
Can I come back to my book later?
Yes. Your book lives at its own private link, and we email it to you, so you can pick it up whenever suits.
What sort of photo works best?
One clear photo of their face, looking at the camera, in decent light. Sunglasses and hats make it harder.
Will it look exactly like my child?
It is an illustration, not a portrait. Expect a recognisable, illustrated version of them rather than a photographic likeness.
Can I change the name or the photo?
Yes, any time before you order — changing either just makes a new version of the book. Once it has gone to print we cannot change it.
What if I do not like one of the pages?
Redo that page on its own, or swap the photo and redo the lot. There is no limit before you buy.
What do I get?
A printed hardcover, 20×20cm, twelve spreads, posted to you.
How long does it take?
It is printed to order, which takes a few working days, then shipped. You get tracking by email when it goes out.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
If you order by the cut-off date, which we put on the site in November. After that we cannot promise anything, because the post is not ours to control.
Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us a photo of it and we will reprint it or refund you. You do not need to post the faulty one back.
I have lost my link.
Email us from the address you used and we will send it back to you.
Can you delete my data?
Yes. Email us and ask — no reason needed.
